RV Park Rules

  • We welcome all Scenic Canyon RV Park visitors and consider our guests to be members of our extended family. The following rules are designed to ensure that all visitors have a quiet, pleasant, relaxing visit.
  • We are now an Adults (45+) only RV Park. At least one person in the party must be 45 years of age or older. All members of the party must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians and animals/wildlife in the roadways.
  • We do not provide restroom or shower facilities. Full hook-up RVs only.
  • We welcome pets!!!!! Please do not leave pets unattended in RVs for long periods. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Keep your pet in your campsite area. You are responsible for anything your pet does.
  • Please conserve water. Do not let water connections drip or leak. Hose washers are available free of charge, just ask management. Due to the drought, water is scarce and expensive. We want to keep rates the same. Please do your part to conserve.
  • A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. All septic connections must be air tight. No duct tape. If you do not have a sewer hose seal, we have them for purchase.
  • One RV per site. No tents allowed on any site. A maximum of four (4) persons per site.
  • One (1) additional vehicle that towed the RV or was towed by the RV may also occupy the site.
  • Extra vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas at all times and are subject to additional charges.
