RV Park Rules

  • We welcome all Scenic Canyon RV Park visitors and consider our guests to be members of our extended family. The following rules are designed to ensure that all visitors have a quiet, pleasant, relaxing visit.
  • We are now an Adults (30+ only) RV Park. At least one person in the party must be 30 years of age or older. All members of the party must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians and animals/wildlife in the roadways.
  • We do NOT provide restroom or shower facilities. Full hook-up RVs only.
  • We welcome pets!!!!! Please do not leave pets unattended in RVs for long periods. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Keep your pet in your campsite area. You are responsible for anything your pet does. Please make sure your pet is in your control at all time.
  • Please conserve water. Do not let water connections drip or leak. Hose washers are available free of charge, just ask management. Due to the drought, water is scarce and expensive. We want to keep rates the same. Please do your part to conserve.
  • A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. All septic connections must be air tight. No duct tape. If you do not have a sewer hose seal, we have them for purchase.
  • One RV per site. No tents allowed on any site. A maximum of four (4) persons per site.
  • One (1) additional vehicle that towed the RV or was towed by the RV may also occupy the site.
  • Extra vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas at all times and are subject to additional charges.
  • ATVs and Motorcycles must exhibit a state Registration to verify that it is legal. They may not be used during quiet hours. No riding around the park and please no revving or tuning of those vehicles inside the park. Into and out of the park only. Motorcycles, ATVs, mini-bikes and scooters may only be used to and from the designated overflow parking areas. They are subject to additional daily charges.
  • Keep all vehicles on the hard rocked surfaces. Please stay off of areas marked by signs.
  • No washing of cars, trucks, trailers, RVs or any other motorized vehicle. Remember that water is scarce and expensive.
  • Vehicle Repairs (including oil change, etc.) of vehicles and RV’s are strictly prohibited in the park. We will attempt to accommodate your needs, if the work is strictly of an emergency nature and approval of park management is obtained in advance.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7:30 AM. Be a good neighbor hours are from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Please place all garbage in designated dumpster.
  • Please use only the designated fire rings. Also, please note that campfires may be completely restricted when the fire danger is high. Fires must never be higher than 1 1/2 feet. Fire rings are for firewood ONLY – Food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties etc. do not belong in the fire pits. Never leave fires unattended!!! Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time. Absolutely NO FIREWORKS!
  • Be sure to close awnings when leaving your rig unattended. Strong winds can come about suddenly and cause severe damage.
  • Parties are strictly prohibited. Creation of a disturbance, intoxication or annoyances of any kind including loud music or TV are strictly prohibited. The police will be called, you will be required to leave and we will not refund space rent.
  • Check out time is 12:00 noon. Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of keeping a site. (Please note: we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to keep the same site due to previous reservations.)
  • Maintain your own insurance on your unit. We are not responsible for your losses due to theft, fire, storms, hail, lightening, power surges and/or power drops, accidents, wildlife,  rising/rushing water, any other manmade or natural disasters, or any damage /accidents caused by any other guests.
  • We recommend using a Portable Voltage & Surge Protector.
  • We reserve the right to make changes in the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
